Một công ty kiến trúc Việt thiết kế kiến trúc 55 tầng tại Phnom Penh - Cambodia. Khu phức hợp The Peak tại thủ đô của đất nước Cambodia được xây dựng trên diện tích đất rộng 37,689 m2, chức năng phức hợp gồm bán lẻ, văn phòng và nhà ở. Quy mô xây dựng 55 tầng - là một trong những tổ hợp lớn nhất tại thành phố này.

Đơn vị thiết kế kiến trúc là Infinitive (Việt Nam).

Tại thời điểm hiện tại, dự án The Peak đã xong phần móng. Khi hoàn thành tổng thể vào năm 2020 nó sẽ gồm 1,014 căn hộ, một khách sạng thương hiệu Shangri-la 300 phòng, và 5 tầng dành cho bán lẻ.

CapitaLand Retail sẽ quản lý vận hành trung tâm thương mại tại tổ hợp 55 tầng giữa thủ đô Phnom Penh, Cambodia. Đây là thị trường thứ 7 của CapitaLand Retail sau Singapore, Trung Quốc, Malaysia, Nhật Bản, Ấn Độ và Việt Nam.

Tổ hợp The Peak nằm tại quận Chamkarmon, CBD của Phnom Penh, là một tổ hợp 55 tầng bao gồm tòa tháp văn phòng, khách sạn Shangri-La 300 phòng và hai tòa căn hộ hạng sang với 1,014 căn hộ. CapitaLand to manage Oxley’s 420,000-sqft mall in Phnom Penh opening in 2020

CapitaLand, through its wholly owned shopping mall business CapitaLand Retail, has signed an agreement to manage a mall in Phnom Penh, the capital of Cambodia – one of the fastest growing economies in Southeast Asia. This will extend its expertise in operating shopping malls to a new market after Singapore, China, Malaysia, Japan, India and Vietnam. The mall is the retail component of The Peak, an upcoming highend integrated development majority owned by Singapore-based developer Oxley, in partnership with Cambodian company Worldbridge Land.

Located in Chamkarmon District in central Phnom Penh, The Peak is a freehold 55-storey integrated development comprising an office tower, the country’s first Shangri-La Hotel with 300 guest rooms, and two luxury residential towers with 1,014 apartment units sitting atop a mall. CapitaLand will oversee asset planning, pre-opening and retail management for the five-storey mall with a Gross Floor Area (GFA) excluding car park of about 420,000 square feet (sq ft) and Net Lettable Area of about 260,000 sq ft. Currently under construction, the mall is expected to commence operations in 2020.

Located along the river esplanade, The Peak overlooks the historic Mekong River and Phnom Penh’s bustling cityscape. Surrounded by high-end residential developments and key commercial and government buildings, The Peak’s immediate catchment area covers the prime residential and commercial districts of Chamkarmon and Diamond Island.

In Phnom Penh, CapitaLand also manages three serviced residences through its wholly owned serviced residence business unit, The Ascott Limited. They are CASA Meridian Residence, which is operational, and Somerset Norodom Phnom Penh and Somerset Meridian Square Phnom Penh opening this and next year respectively.

CapitaLand first announced its strategy of growing its retail footprint through management contracts in August 2016, to complement its core strategy of developing and managing its own malls. Including The Peak, CapitaLand has signed eight retail management contracts to date. The seven other management contracts are for six malls in China and one in Singapore.

Nhân dịp casino Phú Quốc sắp khai trương cho cả người Việt và người nước ngoài thì cũng nhìn sang hàng xóm Cambodia xem họ đang sống sao :D

NagaCorp là công ty sở hữu và vận hành khu phức hợp casino lớn nhất Camdodia và duy nhất ở Phnom Penh. Dự án được xây dựng trên diện tích 11ha với 262 bàn và 1,600 máy chơi diện tử.

Do lượng khách du lịch tăng khủng khiếp nhiều năm liền nên công ty làm ăn cực tốt. Dù nhìn qua thấy nhỏ nhắn nhưng năm rồi mang về doanh thu một tỷ đô và lợi nhuận 250 triệu.

Nhờ doanh thu và lợi nhuận tốt nên vốn hóa công ty cũng rất lớn lên tới 4 tỷ đô - tương đương với cả ngân hàng Vietinbank của mình.

So với Naga thì casino Phú Quốc có quy mô rất lớn - theo tìm hiểu thì diện tích là 37ha với 3,000 phòng khách sạn, 400 bàn và 2,000 máy chơi. Quy mô này là còn chưa kể cả nghìn căn biệt thự và nghìn phòng khách sạn Vinpearl ngay gần đó hay 10,000 condotel đang rục rịch mở bán.

Chưa kể lợi thế của Phú Quốc là hòn đảo du lịch đẹp và tầm nhìn đặc khu nên nếu vận hành tốt thì chắc doanh thu và lợi nhuận sẽ khủng khiếp :D

Archetype Group announced that it has recently won the Project Construction Management and Quantity Survey (PCMQS) contract for luxury housing development, #Orkide the Royal Condominium, to be located between the Central Business District and the Airport, Phnom Penh, Cambodia. Set on a massive 3.2ha, Orkide is set to create a uniquely integrated way of living for the city’s residents.

The mixed-use development will have six towers of 13 floors above a commercial podium containing retail space. For recreation, there will be a 3.2ha Royal Garden above the podium with a large swimming pool surrounded by the different zones of landscape, offering many leisure areas.

Orkide, The Royal Condominium, is planned for completion in 2020.

Lotte Group acquires Ciputra Hanoi Mall project from Citra Westlake City Development Co. Ltd., VietnamFinance.vn reported. The value of the deal was not disclosed.

Mr. Pham Hong Khang, Citra deputy director confirmed the deal in an interview with the VietnamFinance in September 2016.

Ciputra Hanoi Mall had been expected to become the largest commercial center in Hanoi but stopped construction for years.

Ciputra Hanoi Mall is located immediately adjacent to Ciputra Hanoi International City, Ciputra Hanoi Mall has a land area of ​​7.3 hectares, gross floor are of 130,000 square metres. Total registered capital of 2,000 billion Dong, equivalent to about 100 million USD.
