NovaWorld Phan Thiet has just opened one of two 18-hole golf courses in the larger 1,000 hectare integrated golf resort (Novaworld Phan Thiet, Greg Norman Golf Courses) to celebrate the 46th Binh Thuan Province Liberation Day on April 19. The golf clubhouse is designed by SB Architects. The 4,000 sm clubhouse has a grand open air lobby framing views over the golf course and out to the ocean beyond. The locker rooms have been designed with large garden courtyards. They have also been confgured in a flexible way to allow for large tournaments use. BRG Soc Son Villas designed by SB Architects
Set on a pastoral site amidst green sloping hills, rivers and a picturesque lake, this development of 130 villas presents an opportunity to create a community focused on recreation, rejuvenation and connection to the pristine natural surroundings. The architectural character is being developed to evoke a gracious, welcoming and comfortable lifestyle. The three-story villas present an elegant, refined façade, with the restrained detailing characteristic of French Provincial architecture, but with a more contemporary sensibility. The design for all three villa types places an emphasis on outdoor living, with courtyards, outdoor entertaining areas and, in some cases, pools. Within the villas, living areas are open and airy, in keeping with the relaxed lifestyle of a second or weekend home.

The Vinpearl Convention Center is part of the Vinpearl Nha Trang Resort complex and called “a sparkling pearl glued on the crown of the sea queen” by the tourists. From the scale of the monumental structure to its prominent dome, the architectural layering is French Baroque-inspired. The roundabout in front of the main entrance makes for a visually impressive approach, with a façade that emphasizes the horizontal orientation of the building, adorned with graphic motifs in variously raised and sunken sections that create patterns of light and shadow across the surface. The building includes an expansive central convention space, divisible into four private event spaces. In addition to smaller meeting rooms, there is a spacious pre-function space, located directly beneath the dome.
